MANTEO, NC ­- Annie Mariah Daniels died Feb. 22 in Nags Head at the age of 96. She was a Dare County native and the wife of the late Clifton Daniels.

Annie was life-long member and trustee of Free Grace Disciples of Christ Church in Manteo. She also sang and played the piano in the in the church choir.

Survivors include her sister, Sarah McPhall of Las Vegas, Nevada; grand-children Shawn Daniels, Dion Daniels, and Charlie John-son, Jr. of Manteo, NC; god-daughter Cora Killibrew of Robinsonville, NC; fifteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, February 28, at 1 pm at Free Grace Disciples of Christ Church. Pastor Carrie G. Holmes will officiate. Friends and family may view one-hour prior. The committal service and burial will follow the funeral at Free Grace Church Cemetery.
