KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC ­- Sandra Branch McNeill, 76, of Kill Devil Hills, NC died Thursday, March 1. .Born on December 18, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Roxie Haskins Branch and Henry Edward Branch.

Sandra is survived by her children, Donna Brickle (David) of Kill Devil Hills, NC, Jimmy McNeill (Cindy) of Nags Head, NC, Brian McNeill (Brenda) of Kitty Hawk, NC Sherrie McNeill Capps (Brian) of Kitty Hawk, NC, Jean Otto (Larry) of Raleigh, Theresa Hinton of Raleigh, NC, and Dorothy Feisel (Ed) of Ottawa, IL; nineteen grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Brickle, Jamie, Cassidy, Jesse and Jordan McNeill, Bryson and Gavin Capps, Josh, Jason and Landon Otto, Shannon Hinton, Alecia Branham, Ryan and Spencer Rausher, Zach, Lainey, Ethan and Will Fiesel; and numerous great-grandchildren. Also, surviv-ing are her siblings, Peggy Spain, Judy Branch, Henry Branch, and Michael Branch.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lacy James McNeill; a daughter, Renee Rauscher; a grandson, Jared Rauscher; and two sisters, Lois Griffin and Linda Holt.

A funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 5, 2018, at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo. Burial will follow at Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
