ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Anne Adams Etheridge, 85, of St. Petersburg, FL died on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Born in Fort Pierce, FL, she was the daughter of the late Maretta Midgett Adams and Jack Dea Adams. She was married to Rex Garland Etheridge, divorced, US Army Veteran, alumni of Ohio University (BA) and West Georgia College (MA). She worked in the private and public sector as a psychologist, counselor, and retired from Sun Coast Hospice of Pinellas County, FL.

  Anne is survived by a daughter, Bea Scarborough of Lakeland, FL, wife of Reggie Scarborough; their three sons and seven grandchildren; a son, Rex Dea Etheridge of Nags Head, NC; a half-brother, James (Jimmy) Dea Adams of St. Petersburg and his family, and two nieces, Lillian and Grace, daughters of her beloved elder brother, the late Jack Dea Adams, Jr., priest, and their respective families.
