Outer Banks Anglers Club meets March 26

The Outer Banks Anglers Club will be holding its next meeting on Monday, March 26, at 7 p.m. at the Kern Pitts Center in the Southern Shores Town Hall Complex.

The speaker is Steve Polilli of Offshore Canvas. He will be discussing care and maintenance of enclosures, covers and boat curtains.

“The club’s first tournament and annual banquet are just weeks away and it’s not too late to join in the fun,” writes club member Tony Lombardi.

The club’s 2018 Catfish Tournament is set for Saturday, April 28. Fishing starts at sunrise, 6:17 a.m. Weigh-In is 3 p.m. sharp at Kitty Hawk Landing, where a Burger ‘n Dog Barbecue immediately follows the weigh-in.

The club’s annual banquet is set for Saturday, April 21, at 6 p.m. at Pamlico Jack’s in Nags Head.
