Lela Quidley Winslow, 82, of Frisco passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.

Mrs. Winslow originally attended and was a member of Hatteras United Methodist Church; she was a longtime member of Frisco Assembly of God.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2018 at Heritage of Faith Family Church of Frisco with Pastors David Stowe and Dwight Burrus officiating. The family will receive family and friends in the church fellowship hall following the service.

She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Darlene Austin and husband, Travis of Beaufort; Vivian Denise Dean and husband, Tommy of New Bern; Margaret Alice Shropshire and husband, Lynn of Wilson; son, Norman Clarence Winslow and wife, Leigh Anne of Frisco; eight grandchildren, Charity Michelle Godette and husband, OJ of Beaufort; Jenny Leia Austin of Morehead City; William Allen Marriner and fiancé, Amber Vargo of Elizabeth City; Ashley Marie Marriner of Virginia Beach; Brittni Nicole Shropshire of Wilson; Caleb Thomas Shropshire and fiancé, Kendra Otey of Bristol, TN; Christopher Aaron Shropshire of Wilson; Tyler Lee Winslow of Frisco; ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Margaret Quidley; husband, Clarence Vivian Winslow; brother, Deryl Thomas Quidley; grandson, Timothy James Shropshire.
