Geraldine Louise Craig-Capps

Grandy – Geraldine Louise Craig-Capps, 71, passed away May 4, 2018 and is now at peace and laid to rest with her late husband Raymond Capps of Currituck.

She leaves behind a daughter, Cynthia Louise Lackey (Kenneth) of Norfolk;
three granddaughters, Candice, Marcia and Amber Schobel; and two great
granddaughters, Natasha and Adalyn. She also leaves behind a brother, Tom Meier; sister Leann Meier and niece, Rebecca Meier.

She was admired by her friends for her personality, stories and her jokes, along with her love of playing bingo. She was a native of Norfolk and lived in Germany as a child with her parents while her father served in the Army. Later as an adult, she traveled across the United States with her husband, until finally settling in Grandy.

No services are planned at this time.
