Helen C. Seay of Kitty Hawk died in Nags Head on July 5, 2018 of natural causes. She was 98.

Mrs. Seay was born in Norfolk, Virginia. Her survivors include her son G. Douglas Seay of Kitty Hawk, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband.
