A fire this morning has temporarily closed Waverider’s Coffee, Deli and Pub in the Pirate’s Quay shopping center in Nags Head.

The eatery posted photos of the scene on its Facebook page, thanking firefighters, police officers and the community for support.

Photos show smoke from the building, and charred equipment inside. Officials say the blaze may have been electrical. No one was injured.
