Below is a list of people who have been arrested or served warrants by the Dare County Sheriff’s Office for a felony charge and taken to the Dare County jail between July 16 and July 31. All are considered innocent until proven guilty.

July 23
Corey Allen Netherland, 30, fugitive extradition from another state.

July 25
Autumn Lauren Smith, 27, failure to appear in court, aid and abed breaking and entering; failure to appear in court, aid and abet larceny of a firearm; failure to appear on probation and two counts of failure to appear on possession of marijuana paraphernalia charge.

July 26
Tamara Inette Wynn, 26, disseminating obscenity (warrant served from another jurisdiction.)

July 28
Mathew Xavier Orgsbon, 20, obtain property by false pretenses, uttering a forged instrument, possession of counterfeit instrument.

July 30
Devin Christopher Chambers, 25, felony probation violation.

Caroline Marie Johnston, 31, identity theft.

July 31
Anne Catherine Daniels, 48, possession with intent to sell heroin,maintaining a store, dwelling, vehicle, boat, or other place for use, storage, or sale of a controlled substance.
Haley Ashton Daniels, 22, possession with intent to sell heroin, maintaining a store, dwelling, vehicle, boat, or other place for use, storage, or sale of a controlled substance.
Jason Patrick Williams, 38, possession of a controlled substance at a prison or jail.
