Edward M. Kelly, 85, died Aug. 3, 2018 in Corolla, of natural causes. Originally from New York City, Mr. Kelly was with the FAA for many years. He and his family we seasonal residents of the outer banks for over 40 years.

Survivors include his wife Catherine Kelly of the Virginia residence, their children and their families, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Mr. Kelly’s final wishes for cremation were honored in the Outer Banks he loved, and a family memorial service will be held at a future date.
