Carol A. Armstrong of East Lake, passed peacefully of natural causes Aug. 8, 2018. Carol was predeceased by her husband Steve last year. She was a gentle caregiver for many who needed assistance and loved the wildlife surrounding her.

While she has no surviving family members she leaves many faithful and loving friends.

A memorial service for Carol will be held 1pm, Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018 at the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church in Kill Devil Hills. The committal of the remains will be at The Refuge in East Lake immediately following the service.
