As a visitor from Philadelphia, I enjoyed a tour of the Corolla wild horse area near Carova beach but was dismayed at the remnants of beach parties near Penny’s Hill … lots of beer cans, glass and trash. These mini dumps appear to be near the place where the horses graze and drink. Can an organized cleanup be arranged? It was a stain on what was otherwise a lovely tour
