Floyd Ray Banks, 68, of Accokeek, Maryland, died Sept. 16, 2018 at Walter-Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. A funeral will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, at noon at Pleasant Branch Baptist Church in Powells Point, with burial following in the church cemetery.
