Joan A. Hodges Banks, 37, of Powells Point, died November 26, 2018 in Virginia.

Joan is survived by her three children, Jazae, Kaya and D’Majae Banks; husband Milton Banks; parents Dru and Billy Hodges; and sisters Donna Rudderow and Diane Iorio.
