Frances  M. Livesey of Nags Head died December 7, 2018 of natural causes at Peak Resources in Nags Head at the age of 99. Mrs. Livesey was born in New Bedford, Mass. and lived many years in Naples, Maine.

After retirement and the loss of her husband Kenneth T. Livesay, she relocated to the Outer Banks to be closer to family. She resided for many years in the Villas of Nags Head. Frances gave her time as a volunteer with the GEM Center, the Baum Center and the Beach Food Pantry and was an active member of the Mighty Wind Church Congregation.

Survivors include sons Bob Livesey of Florida and Dana Livesey of Massachusetts; grandchildren Kevin D. Livesey of Belhaven and Shannon Rodrigues of Nags Head; great-grandchildren Alyssa and Jordan Rodrigues, and the late Mitchell Rodrigues.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and there are no plans for services. In lieu of flowers, the family is gratefully seeking donations towards her cremation expenses directly through Gallop Funeral Services, Inc.
