New social worker speaks to Columbia Lions Club

Daniele Andrews, the new social worker for the blind serving Dare, Tyrrell and Hyde counties, was the guest speaker at the Columbia Lions Club recently.

She informed club members about her work with the blind and visually impaired, while soliciting support from the Lions Club. She is pictured with Columbia Lions Club president Luther Daniels.

The Columbia Lions Club meets each month on the second and fourth Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Columbia Crossing Restaurant. For information, call 252-305-1284.
