The Dare County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the arrest of two individuals on charges related to felony sex offenses involving minors.

Guadalupe Benito Loeza Moguel, male, 39, of Louisburg, was arrested on a charge of felony sex offense, child under 15 years of age. Moguel was arrested by the United States Coast Guard on a boat in U.S. waters off the Texas coast and is in custody.

DCSO thanked the United States Marshals Service and the United States Coast Guard.

Justin Bunting, male, 23, of Frisco, was arrested on a charge of felony sex offense, disseminate material, under 13 years of age. He was arrested by the Dare County Sheriff’s Office and was released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
