Learn to cook it quick under pressure at the Instant Pot cooking class. The class for adults will be conducted by the Cooperative Extension at the Currituck County Extension Office on January 30 from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Participants will learn how to prepare dinners in a quarter of the time. Lunch, along with recipes, tips and tricks to conquer the fear of pressure cooking are included in the class fee of $15.
