Outlets Nags Head donates to Outer Banks Community Foundation

Outlets Nags Head donated $5,493 to the Outer Banks Relief Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund to assist those in Dare County as well as on Ocracoke Island who have been impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Dorian.

Many individual stores including Bass Factory Outlet, Claire’s, Eddie Bauer Outlet, Flip Flop Shop, Gap Factory Store, HanesBrands, J.Crew Factory, LOFT Outlet, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Salt Coast Outfitters, Sunglass Hut, Wilson’s Leather and Outlets Nags Head Customer Service set up donation boxes to collect cash contributions from employees and customers and raised $493.

Outlets Nags Head owners, Singerman Real Estate, donated an additional $5,000 to all funds that were raised.

Three locally owned stores at the center, Outer Banks Olive Oil, Salt Coast Outfitters and Tropical Smoothie Café, also donated a portion of their sales one weekend totaling almost $1000 and sent those checks separately.

“All of us here at Outlets Nags Head hope these funds will help those in our community who are still struggling to get their lives back to normal and we appreciate all the assistance the Outer Banks Community Foundation provides to make that happen!” stated a press release from Outlets Nags Head.
