The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to welcome new chamber member Mel’s Diner in Grandy. Pat Broom, former chamber chair and owner of Phoenix Restoration welcomed Jennifer and Jody Brock and Mel’s Diner for their ribbon cutting.
