Zoe Ramirez-Ramirez, 4, of Ocracoke, passed unexpectedly Saturday, February 29, 2020. A full obituary is pending at this time.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020, at the Lifesaving Church – Ocracoke Assembly of God. The family will receive friends and relatives for a viewing and visitation one hour prior to the service.
