FOCUS: Graduation Day a New Way

Despite foregoing the traditional ceremony for graduation day this year, Dare County graduates were still recognized and celebrated in a new way. “Drive-in” graduations took place throughout the towns, where graduates and their families and friends were welcomed at outdoor venues to receive their diplomas and walk across the stage in their caps and gowns. The individualized approach shed a light on each and every graduate this year and will be sure to go down in history.
