Food box giveaway Wednesday in Manteo

The Peace Garden Project with Mighty Wind UMC is hosting a weekly food box giveaway through August.

The project is part of the Farmers to Families program sponsored by the USDA that uses local and farmer sourced produce.

This week, the giveaway is on Wednesday, July 22 beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the Head Start Building, 723 Sir Walter Raleigh St. in Manteo. Anyone in need is welcome while supplies last.
