Cooperative Extension plans summer pop-up series
The NC Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center is cooking up virtual fun this summer that highlights local foods. Register for the Summer Pop-up series to be surprised weekly with four educational classes, activities and more.
Topics will include local produce available, growing local foods and cooking local produce. Each week starting on July 27, the class will go live at noon and end at 1 p.m. Recordings of each class will be released after the live airing. Those who participate in this event will receive a custom local produce cookbook and a chance to be entered into drawings for prizes.
