Kitty Hawk, NC – Amanda LeeAnn Fletcher Hartleben, 38, of Kitty Hawk, NC died Saturday, July 25, 2020.

A native of Dare County, she was born on July 28, 1981, to Mary Ann Seto Fletcher and Mark Lafayette Fletcher.

LeeAnn will always be remembered as a selfless mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend who always had a smile on her face. An avid hunter and fisher, LeeAnn truly loved the outdoors, especially surf fishing. She was known to her friends as “Martha Stewart” because of her love of baking, gardening, entertaining and crafts, especially Christmas decorating. Even though she was brutally honest, there was nothing she would not do for someone. She was an incredible woman of strength and love and the love of her children superseded anything else. She was always supportive and encouraging and she couldn’t have been prouder of them both.

In addition to her parents, LeeAnn is survived by two children, Erica Claire Hartleben and Ethan Archer Kochi; a brother, Mark Cole Fletcher; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends who she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl and Dana Seto and; a son, Dylan Fisher Hartelben.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo with burial to follow in Southern Shores Cemetery.
