Due to the potential threat of hazardous conditions as a result of the tropical storm Isaias, Dare County District Court scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020 has been canceled. The Dare County Clerk of Courts will be continuing all cases with new court dates posted by Friday August 7, 2020.

With questions about a new court day, call the Clerk of Courts office on Friday, Aug. 7 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. or email questions to dare county clerk@nccourts.org.

All courts scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2020 are anticipated to operate on a normal schedule.
