Bill Rich has joined the sales team at Harrell & Associates. “With over 48 years of experience in various NC real estate markets, Bill has an extensive knowledge of eastern NC property and the buying and selling process,” stated a press release from Harrell & Associates.

Rich will primarily focus on Ocracoke Island, where he resides with his wife Jennifer, and is also available to assist clients buying or selling farmland, timberland and hunting properties inland. Rich and his family have been involved in farming and development in Hyde, Tyrrell, Washington and Beaufort counties for many years.

Bobby Harrell and his team have worked with clients since 1983 to buy, sell, develop, lease and manage real estate on the Outer Banks and surrounding areas of northeastern North Carolina.
