The Manteo Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to annex an undeveloped lot located just outside town limits.

The vacant lot, located at 0 Sir Walter Raleigh St., lies across the street from the Pea Island Cookhouse and was purchased by the town several years ago.

Currently, there are no plans to develop the lot, which is tax valued at $60,900.
