The NC Cooperative Extension in Currituck County is hosting a Hay Bale Decorating Contest in conjunction with the Fall Family Fun: An Online Fair Event. The hay bale decorating contest will have two divisions: Currituck County History and Heritage and Celebrate 4-H, with youth and adult categories in both divisions. Submissions will be compiled and released on the Fall Family Fun website so fairgoers can vote for their favorites.

Currituck County History and Heritage: Bales should be designed to reflect and promote life in Currituck – past or present.

Celebrate 4-H: Bales should be designed to celebrate and promote NC 4-H.
