Delmer Lewis Willis, 90, of Frisco, was born in Hatteras on May 5, 1930 and died at home November 25, 2020.

He was the son of the late Martha Farrow Willis and Hobson Willis. Delmer was also preceded in death by son Earl L. Willis.

Delmer is survived by wife Margaret Layne Willis; sister Sylvia Sawyer; children Delmer L. Willis Jr., Sheila W. Jackson, Grace W. Barnett and Darrell W. Willis; grandchildren Lauren and Heather Willis, Brient E. Jackson (Amber), Sarah J. Allender and Joshua Willis (Bridgett); and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral will be held at noon on November 30 at the Willis family cemetery in Frisco with Pastor David Stowe officiating.
