Jeffery Simuel Rose, 59, died of natural causes on December 8, 2020 in Hampton, Va.  He was a US Coast Guard Veteran. Jeff was predeceased by mother Claudette Gatlin.

Jeffery is survived by father James Rose Sr.; siblings Jim Rose (Mary), Sherri Maters (Mark), Tammie Rose, Rick Rose (Shelly), Tim Rose (Tammy) and Ruth Rose; stepbrothers Billy Brooks, Danny Brooks and Johnny Brooks; five stepsisters and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will hold a private graveside memorial service in the future.
