Doris Elaine Weightman Hogg Crum, 99, of Manteo, died December 26, 2020, at her home.

Born in Elrama, Pa. on August 25, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Josephine Kessler Weightman and Stephen E. Weightman.

She is survived by daughter Janice E. Schroeder; stepson Wil Crum (Michele); grandchildren Bill Schroeder (Carolann), Kim Schoner, Chris Schroeder (Tracey), Stephen Anderson, James Xanthoudakis and Matthew Crum; six great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by first husband James L. Hogg; second husband Linton R. Crum; daughter Carol Ann; two brothers, eleven brothers-in-law; thirteen sisters-in-law, three sons-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
