Wilma Dale Harrell, 99, of Elizabeth City, died December 24, 2020 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation. She was born December 29, 1920 in Perquimans County to the late Jack Dale and Mary Elizabeth Ivey Dale and was the widow of James Walter Harrell.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter Rebekah Harrell; son James Harrell Jr.; six sisters; and three brothers.

A graveside funeral will be held December 29 at 2 p.m. with Minister Kevin Reiver officiating at Ivey-Wilson Cemetery. Twiford Funeral Homes, Elizabeth City is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com.
