Bill and Barb Snyder, of Windsor, celebrated their 50^th wedding anniversary January 2.

The couple, originally from Philadelphia, Pa., were married in Cherry Hill, NJ in 1971. They have two sons, Derek and Keven, as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The Snyders, who are both retired, lived in the Outer Banks area for 20 years.
