Network for Endangered Sea Turtles (N.E.S.T.) is holding an online silent auction to raise funds. In lieu of the in-person event typically held every spring, the organization will hold a series of virtual auctions.

The Valentine’s fundraiser contains a variety of items from restaurant gift certificates to unique fashion finds that are up for auction through Saturday, February 6. Find the auction at https://charityauction.bid/NEST2021. Some items will only be available for local pickup and will be marked.

“N.E.S.T. wishes to thank the donors and bidders that continue to make our online fundraisers such a success! The winter months bring cold-stunned sea turtles to our shores, and funds raised support our volunteer efforts to rescue, transport, and support the rehabilitation efforts at the STAR Center,” stated a N.E.S.T. press release. “If you spot a stranded sea turtle, please call our hotline at 252-441-8622.”
