December 9 – Violation of court order; N. Croatan Hwy., Southern Shores

December 15 – Drug possession; NC Hwy 12/Ocean Boulevard, Southern Shores

December 29 – Julie Elizabeth Mulhearn of Kitty Hawk; DWI, transporting open container of alcoholic beverage.
