Warren G. Atkins, 93, died February 3, 2021. He lived on the Outer Banks for 30 years. Warren was predeceased by wife Joyce Simmons Atkins. Together they had five children, 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was a WWII veteran.
