Maria Virginia “Ginger” Tramontano, 77, longtime resident of Manteo, died February 4, 2021 at Currituck Health & Rehab Center.

Born in New Jersey on November 2, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Viola Molitor and Victor J. Kaufman.

She is survived by daughter Dawn T. Beacham and son Robert Tramontano II.

A celebration of Ginger’s life will be held at the Old Swimming Hole in the future with details to be announced.
