Kenneth Ray Allen, Pantego, proposes to set one pound net in Dare County.
The proposed location is Alligator River, vicinity of Swan Creek. The pound will be for other finfish and will be 103 yards with one pound. The proposed set number is #PN202101.
Public comments relative to the proposed pound net set must be received prior to Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021. If it is deemed necessary, the fisheries director may hold a public meeting after the comment period has ended to take additional public comment on the proposed pound net set.
