Dare County Library announces virtual stress relief and meditation presentation

The Dare County Library will present “Stress Relief and Meditation” as a virtual Zoom presentation as part of its monthly Virtual Enrichment Series for Adults on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

The presentation will be led by Rosie Rankin and Shirley Parker of Outer Banks Inner Journey, Center for Self-Care and Well-Being. “Learn how to relieve stress from your work or home life and how to relax and refocus using simple meditation techniques,” stated the program announcement.

The virtual presentation will take place Feb. 17 from 11 a.m. to noon.

Registration for the program is required and space is limited. Programs are free to Dare County residents and property owners ages 18 years and older.
