National Wildlife Refuges in eastern North Carolina are downright soggy with all of the rain that the area has seen recently.

Those planning to visit one of the nine refuges in theĀ CoastalĀ North Carolina National Wildlife Refuge Complex this weekend are advised to watch out for wet roads that may be difficult for vehicles to navigate.
