At a recent meeting of the Wanchese Lions Club, Lion President George Davis presented Lion Deanna Hekking her pin in recognition of 20 years of service in the Wanchese Lions Club.

The Wanchese Lions Club was chartered in February 1980 and has served the Wanchese community since that time.

Meetings are at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Wanchese community building.  Any interested parties are invited to attend.
