Anne Dorinda (Slocum) Cramer, of Kill Devil Hills, died March 18, 2021. She was born in East Hartford, CT on July 3, 1937 to Gladys Mary (Bowne) and Kenneth Ernest Slocum.

Besides her parents and husband Clifford Eugene Cramer, Anne is predeceased by her sister Jennifer (Jill) Skidmore. Surviving are nephew Bert Vanvlack and wife Peggy, children Scott Andrew Cramer and wife Melanie, Stacey Cramer Jones and Brett Adams Cramer and wife Jennifer as well as grandchildren Virginia, Ryan, Lindsay, Brayleigh, Annie and Reese.
