Raymond Stanley Johnson Jr. died December 7, 2020.
A paddle out in remembrance of Stan and his life will be held at 3 p.m. on July 11, 2021 at the Blackman Street Access in Nags Head (one access south of Barnes Street). A reception will follow at 2810 S Memorial Ave. in Nags Head.
