Phyllis June Hardison, 69, of Manns Harbor, died at home June 15, 2021. She was predeceased by parents Lawrence Hudson and Mary Sawyer and sister Sylvia. She was born in Lynchburg, Va.

Phyllis Hardison is survived by husband Michael T. Hardison; daughters Nikki Crum (Sean), Toni Rippons (Ben) and Crystal Bush (Jarrett); sons George Hardison and Josh Hardison; grandchildren Shane, Ashlynn, Cayden, Alli, Aiden, Adelyn, Julie, Sarah, Katie and Sydney; one great-grandson; sisters Linda and Bonnie; as well as many extended family members and friends.

As Phyllis directed, she will be cremated and there are no plans for services. In lieu of floral expressions, the family would be grateful for donations to the Dare County SPCA.
