The Dare County Board of Education meeting schedule has been set for 2021-22.
The Board of Education holds its regularly scheduled meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for July and August. All meetings start at 5 p.m. Special meetings or workshops are announced.
September 14, 2021: First Flight Middle School
October 12, 2021: Kitty Hawk Elementary School
November 9, 2021: Manteo Elementary School
December 14, 2021: Manteo High School
January 11, 2022: First Flight High School
February 8, 2022: Cape Hatteras Secondary School
March 8, 2022: Nags Head Elementary School
April 12, 2022: Manteo Middle School
May 10, 2022: Cape Hatteras Elementary School
June 14, 2022: First Flight Elementary School
The Board of Education will tour school facilities at 11 a.m. or as advertised on the dates listed below.
December 14, 2021: Manteo Elementary, Middle and High Schools, Maintenance and Transportation departments.
January 11, 2022: First Flight Elementary, Middle and Flight High Schools
February 8, 2022 Cape Hatteras Elementary and Secondary schools
March 8, 2022: Kitty Hawk and Nags Head Elementary Schools
