Grady Alexander Lassiter, 64, of Southern Shores, died July 2, 2021 at Peak Resources – Outer Banks in Nags Head from cancer. Grady was born in Raleigh on October 29, 1956 to the late James Alexander Lassiter, MD and Sara Ann Blalock (Lassiter) Munford. He was predeceased by son Alexander Ashby Lassiter.

Grady is survived by wife Sue, mother Sara Munford, sister Ann Blackwell Lassiter and husband Monte Hooker, stepdaughter Carrie Ann Lewis and husband Ben, grandchildren Jack and Sam and stepson William Hill and wife Betsey, granddaughter Maddie, and other family.

As per Grady’s request, he will be cremated and there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
