Jacqueline “Jackie” Lynn Ward, 60, of Chesapeake, Va., died July 1, 2021 in Moyock.

Born in Norfolk, Va. on September 15, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Grace Doris Price Ward and Augustus Sutton Ward.

Jackie is survived by siblings Sara Navarro, Peggy Twiford and Gus Ward Jr. (Jeannie); sister-in-law Wendy Ward; and other extended family members.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Henry “Rip” Ward; and niece Jennifer Ward.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on July 8, 2021 at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo. A graveside committal will follow at Manteo Cemetery.
