The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for Frosties Downtown Manteo.

Richard Hess, chairman of the Chamber Board and Realtor at Sun Realty, joined Damian and Stewart Weaver, owners of Frosties, as well as others for the event.

Frosties Downtown Manteo offers soft serve ice cream, specialty sundaes, shaved ice and more.

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce serves Dare County, Currituck County and Ocracoke Island.
