Theresa Joan Monaco, 86, of Kill Devil Hills, died August 9, 2021 at Spring Arbor in Kill Devil Hills. Survivors include her children and their families; Christine T. Monaco (Dan Waters) and Nicholas J. Monaco (Britta).
